  2. Casio customer service is among the worst of any company I have encountered. I did a lot of research prior to choosing this piano, but I now regret my purchase. The warranty is completely worthless since Casio makes it impossible to get repairs. I feel like a just threw my money away. I wish someone had warned me about Casio!!
